Multi Million Dollar Producer – Closing over 100 transaction in a year, member of the Top 100 Agents in Century 21 and Eagle Award Winner – closing over $3 Million/month.

1987-1995 Broker Owner of Century 21 Young – the #7 Century 21 in the world, grossing over 3.5 Million Dollars per year plus owning his own Escrow and Mortgage Company.

1990-1995 Served on the Board of Directors of Orange Coast Title.

Specialist Designations: Residential, Investment, Commercial, Relocation & Management. Jerry also specializes in Land, Residential & Commercial Subdivisions, and is certified as a Residential Marketing Master and Quality Service Certified Agent and Instructor.

2005 – Certified Instructor for the Idaho Real Estate Commission – Teaching Pre-License & Broker classes, Core, and writing and teaching his own approved CE classes.

2006 – Started Genesis Training Group LLC Real Estate School & a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau since 2006.
