One-On-One Coaching consists of going through The Real Estate Business System for Success, 10 Hrs CE, and monthly One-On-One 1 Hour Coaching Sessions.

The cost is $75.00 up front for the 10 Hr CE class and $50.00 per month for one 1 Hour coaching session per month or $100.00 per month for two 1 hour coaching sessions per month. Students must make a commitment for 6 months of coaching to see any lasting results in there production.

In the training and coaching, agents will learn how to be effective and efficient communicators and prospectors through their sphere of influence and people they don’t know - FSBO’s, Expired Listings, and Marketing around their listing and sales to make their business predictable and dublicatable. We teach a complete Listing System and Buyer System with check lists. We will write together a complete business plan that includes a balanced life style and schedule and give techniques to accomplish more in less time. We teach internet and effective print marketing, negotiation techniques, how to increase agent skill levels, characteristics of top producing agents, and what will cause an agents production to increase dramatically or to decline rapidly. Your coach will hold you accountable to your production goals and guide you to the success you want for you and your family.

The Coach is Jerry Bowers, a 35 year veteran Broker who has owned and operated the #7 Century 21 Office in the world, closing 140 transactions per month and bringing in $3.5 million gross dollars per year. Jerry has personally closed, as an agent, 106 transactions in a year without an assistant, and has also owned a Mortgage Company and an Escrow Company. Jerry has served on the Board of Directors of Orange Coast Title in California for 5 years.
Jerry has recruited, coached, and trained personally over 1,000 agents in his carrier and has been teaching at his Real Estate School-Genesis Training Group LLC in Idaho since 2006. Genesis is the only Real Estate School that has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

With Jerry’s coaching, agents have closed 5 million dollars in sales volume with an average sales price of $150,000, earning over $100,000 in their first year in Real Estate.
