Brokers Courses - Prerequisites: An Idaho Real Estate License Full Time for 2 years. Attendance: Required for sessions IC54-2002 (3) Exam For Each Class: 50 multiple choice questions; minimum passing score 70% Brokerage Management (BM001S) Tuition: $250 Includes Books & Materials	Fees/Schedules 8am - 5pm Mon-Thurs

Real Estate Finance (FI001) Tuition: $250 Includes Books & Materials Student Must Provide Financial Calculator - Preferred HP10B11 Course and Text Fees: Course and text fees are due no later than the first day of the respective course. A $35 fee on any returned NSF checks. Course, text and material fees subject to change. 牋牋	Fees/Schedules 8am - 5pm Mon-Thurs

Valuation & Analysis (VA001) Tuition: $250 Includes Books & Materials	Fees/Schedules 8am - 5pm Mon-Thurs
